Terms and Conditions
We love our customers and are always happy to share our products with new shops! when you make a purchase on our shop means you accept the terms and conditions below.
SHIPPING:
- Free Worldwide Express shipping.
- You can track your parcel via the DHL website(Link)
- Estimated delivery to The Netherlands within 5 business days and international 7-21 business days
- Our affiliate couriers are DHL, FedEx and PostNL. You can pick the courier of your preference during checkout.
RETURNS:
- Returns are accepted for an exchange or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. We provide an easy return service: ship your items back to us using a courier of your choice.

Prices and payment:
- All prices on our platform are in euros, excluding VAT, excluding taxes or duties, and shipping costs, duties or other country specific charges unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing. There is no VAT refund instead.
- All products in the webshop are eligible to the Dutch VAT rate. VAT redemption is only eligible if a valid VAT number has been entered. Otherwise we are obliged to charge VAT.
- Babymoon care B.V. expressly reserves the right to change, especially the prices of products offered when necessary on the basis of (legal) regulations.
- Payment to Babymoon care B.V. must be made by Bank transfer, Visa, IDEAL.
- The payment methods offered may depend on how the Agreement is established. These costs will be borne by the Buyer.
- Delivery of goods to the Customer will commence after payment has been received by Babymoon care B.V. unless agreed upon other payment terms.
- Babymoon care B.V. expressly reserves the right to change, especially the prices of products offered when necessary on the basis of (legal) regulations.

Return Policy:
- Please contact sales@babymooncarriers.com if you need to return a product. A return will only be accepted if the customer has contacted Babymoon care prior to sending the item(s) back. Any package returned without a valid Return Authorization issued by Babymoon care clearly marked on the outside of the box, will be refused. You will be responsible for any shipping costs on returns.
- If you’ve purchased Babymoon care products from one of our authorized retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.
- For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as DHL, FedEx and PostNL. Babymoon care is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Once the original item(s) are received at Babymoon, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any shipping costs).
- We will send you an email as soon as we have received the returned item.
- We will issue a refund no later than 21 working days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to return the item. Any refund will be issued to the same account used to make the original purchase. We are unfortunately unable to issue a refund to any other account.
- You are welcome to contact our Customer Service for help with your return or exchange.
Order Cancellations:
- Once an order has been sent to the warehouse and in processing it cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges:
- If you would like the item(s) in a different colour or model/version, please contact customer service and place a new order.
